quite monotonous for a first day off from school (thank jesus for christmas break..no seriously)

you know the days. get up at 10, take a shower, shave your hairy legs, eat a banana and run around in night clothes that are 3 times too big for you for the rest of the morning. (not necessarily in that order)

that's..a pretty good monotonous morning though. you have to admit it.

Well, lets just say, each hour or so after..it just grew more random.

1st hour: My sis shows up. well there's the normal kayla running around causing disasters for all the little dolls and animals that share this home (sniffles of fear and sadness are heard from small corners of the room). Then my sis mentions something about puppies. Mom rounds on her and basically says in a deadpan. you brought them here didn't you. (about 12 cats and a dog and a random peacock look up quite smugly at this from windows, perches and floors)

but this gets quite sad.
we now have 3 labrador pups that were dumped behind my sis's appartment complex, piled on top of eachother in a cardboard box which was duct taped shut. In their own feces and urine, crying pathetically.
and you know what..these pups are some of the sweetest and adorable little dogs i've ever met..but timid and shy from i don't know what and i'm not sure i want to know.. how anyone could be such assholes and absolutley discusting, I don't know.
so we're keeping them for a bit, but they'll be put up for homes quite soon. they'll make someone some great friends and pets.

So, after that though, my day got better.
Got my ACT score, 25, which gives proof to the fact there is some great higher being..because i know i quite failed the science and half of the math..

then,
me and syd hung out at my sis's. where of course we were enthralled by singing children's shows..backyardigans is really entertaining.. and got cookies, played with hermit crabs (i told my sis they were probably gay lovers..since one was bright pink and the other waved its claws around extatically quite often) and got strangled by my lovable neice who's practicing her mass murderer strategies already (echo of 'awwwww, how cute' in background)

after that..we ended up at the local crappy grocery story/pizza place to get groceries..walking around trying to find edible things while acting completely creepy and like the resident lesbians. (we're talented, plus starting stupid rumors about yourself in a small town is some of the best entertainment) then seansie (hhheeeyyy) randomly shows up out of nowhere. like our friends are prone to doing.

and this led to that and we all ended up at the movie theater in fort scott meeting up with syd-o's boyfriend to see I Am Legend (which was absolutely great. one of the best movies i've seen) about 20 mins late..since we not only had a 30 min drive with 35 min warning AND i got lost...heh
but it was fun. me and syd of course laughing at all the wrong parts..and telling sarcastic jokes the entire time (why we shouldn't go to horror/suspense/any movie in public.)

but this is getting quite long..

just adding though, we ended up picking up another of my friends, matt, who's absolutely hilarious/odd sometimes haha but driving back we all see this group of people sitting on their porch one playing a guitar..
well i can't remember who gets the idea, but we decide to go back and throw some change to them..and of course..i had to go back. heh. matt jumps out, runs up there and runs back (all of them either joking or just standing there awkwardly) and said 'I swear i smelled pot..'
